The Friends of St John the Baptist Church – UK Group bring together their members from the Greater London area and beyond to help with fundraising for their beautiful Church and other good causes.

Their annual Vilan Get-together is an important event where the members and their friends and well-wishers have an opportunity to socialise and enjoy themselves too. The event is slowly but steadily growing in popularity.

The Group’s income is from members’ and well-wisher contributions and donations.

The next annual Get-together is on Saturday, 24th June 2023 at the same venue, St. Georges RC Church Parish Hall, 970 Harrow Road, Sudbury, Wembley, HA0 2QE. The enterances to the car park and Parish Hall are round the corner in St. Andrews Avenue.

The annual Get-together is usually on the Saturday after the feast of St. John the Baptist, 24^th June.

A special social event is planned for Saturday, 24th June 2023.
